Great team, beautiful home and experience<br/>Way bigger than expected

The house was absolutely perfect for five couples attending a family wedding. Everything we could have asked for and more.

Great place to stay! Host were very responsive and helpful with anything I needed. Everything looked exactly like the photos!

This was such a great place to stay for a girls weekend. The space was so nice with the layout.. more than enough bathrooms and the back yard space was amazing. The open concept kitchen allowed for us to all hang out without feeling like we were on top of each other. The air worked perfectly and all the tvs came with enough apps to watch tv and chill, hangout by the pool, cook good food and relax. I will be back whenever I come to PHX… travli had nice properties.

Amazing home!!! The pictures showed it exactly as it was and we will definitely be back. Beds were very comfortable and a great house to travel with 2 families at least . This time we travelled with a group of 10 ladies and it never felt crowded. The hosts were amazing and very helpful!!!<br/>Wish that the kitchen was equipped a little better with service dishes for cooking , I needed to buy wine glasses, chip bowls and serving items because there was not enough, but I didn't mind. I have left them for further use, One day we will be back...lol . <br/>All in all it was a great place, we had so much fun and will defiantly be back !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ric & Jen’s place. The retreat was clean and spacious with wonderful amenities such as a pool table, arcade machine, pool, outdoor cabana with TV and multiple TVs throughout the house. The space provided multiple entertainment areas that allowed for separation or we all could congregate in the huge kitchen / dining area. We had a fabulous stay and look forward to our return.

Our host was very responsive and put up with all my questions. I needed to read their guide book which would have answered what I needed. The house was great. Very spacious and had no problem accommodating our total guest count of 14 people. Our host even provided inflatable mattresses upon request. The backyard which had a huge flat screen TV and two large tables was used every night. Really enjoyed all the appliances provided because we did a lot of cooking. This home was exactly what we needed for our son’s graduation from Grand Canyon University. If we visit the area again we would definitely stay at this property. My hope is everyone reading this may know the peace that only God can bring to you through his son Jesus.

We enjoyed our stay, a beautiful home with plenty of space!

We had our extended family here for a wedding and this place accommodated everyone nicely. Lots of space indoors and out. We had problems turning on patio lights and gazebo fans/tv but Ric worked over the phone to help us locate the breaker box to get it reset. Also surprised that a home large enough for a group of 10 didn’t have a full size coffee pot and had only a Keurig with pods. We bought an inexpensive pot and left it there for future guests. Beds were comfy and the pool, game room, and outdoor activities were enjoyed by everyone. Thanks - we’d use your place again.

Great place for a stay cation for my family. Home was pristine and modern, very nicely put together! <br/>Host were really nice and very responsive. I would definitely rent again!

This place definitely lived up to the expectations! The house is so spacious and non cluttered. The rooms were all well equipped, along with the kitchen and game room. The back yard was huge and the pool was a nice size too. Very responsive hosts! Great for any big parties. Will definitely be back.

Amazing place to stay! Great floor plan and the most comfortable furniture. Easy check in and host was very responsive. Everything was super clean and we really loved the interior design. Felt like a property out of architectural digest magazine. Location was perfect. Definitely coming back for another weekend getaway!!

Ric & Jen are great hosts! Very friendly and communicative. They helped us with all our requests and were quick to respond. We didn't encounter any issues with our stay. Overall it was great!

me and a few friends stayed at this beautiful home for my sister’s bachelorette and was immediately at home! this house was very clean and had everything we needed to have a fun relaxing weekend in Scottsdale. Definitely would stay here again!
