Travli Hospitality Co. Concierge Services – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Travli Hospitality Co.’s Concierge Services, which are offered as optional, add-on experiences separate from the booking and reservation process. By requesting or utilizing these services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Independent Services
Travli Hospitality Co. provides concierge services as an optional enhancement to your stay. These services are entirely separate from the vacation rental booking and do not impact your reservation, cancellation policy, or review eligibility. Any issues related to these services should be addressed directly with our concierge team and will not warrant any modification, refund, or dispute related to your accommodation booking.
2. Service Requests & Availability
All concierge services, including but not limited to pre-stocked groceries, private chefs, luxury transportation, spa treatments, mobile IV services, and guided experiences, are subject to availability. We recommend booking services in advance to ensure availability. Requests made within 48 hours of service delivery may be subject to limited availability or additional fees.
3. Payments & Fees
- Concierge services require full payment at the time of booking.
- Some services may include additional fees such as gratuities, travel costs, or last-minute surcharges.
- Prices are subject to change based on seasonal demand and availability.
- Any third-party vendor fees or expenses incurred through concierge services are the responsibility of the guest.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on vendor policies.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service may not be eligible for a refund.
- In cases where a vendor cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide a comparable alternative or issue a refund at our discretion.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
- Travli Hospitality Co. acts solely as a facilitator for third-party service providers and does not assume liability for personal injury, property damage, delays, or dissatisfaction resulting from these services.
- Guests agree to release Travli Hospitality Co. from any claims, losses, or damages related to third-party services.
- Any disputes regarding service quality, fulfillment, or performance should be directed to the respective service provider.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damages, loss of equipment (e.g., key fobs, rental items), or additional charges incurred because of negligence, misuse, or failure to follow service provider policies.
- Special event or décor services require adherence to all property rules, including noise restrictions and guest limits.
7. Concierge Service Reviews
Because concierge services are independent of the rental experience, guests agree not to include issues related to these services in their overall rental review. If any concerns arise, we encourage guests to contact our concierge team directly for a resolution.
