The service and host attention were excellent. The home itself was beautiful, peaceful and felt very safe, which made our stay enjoyable. There are a few areas that could make the experience even better. In the master suite, there was no trash can in the bathroom, the wine fridge wasn’t working and the privacy film on the window was installed on the wrong side which left the shower exposed. Additional curtains would be helpful since the layout is very open, and the couch cushions could use a deeper clean. The pool cleaner was also very loud at night and woke us up, and the bird droppings near the front door could use a long term solution so guests don’t track anything into the home. In the pool room, a soft close toilet seat, more towel hangers and extra linens, pillows and blankets would be great additions. A few more hooks in the closet would also be helpful. Overall, we appreciated the stay and believe these updates would make the home even more comfortable for future guest.

This house is the best we have ever stayed at!! Everything is top notch and exactly like the pictures. There were 11 girls staying and it never felt crowded and if you wanted to sneak away to rest, it was easy to do. Very clean and so nice. The location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. It is very close to Old Town as well!! The host was very responsive to every need we had and we were allowed to check in 1.5 hours early and check out an 1 hour late. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable!

I can’t emphasize how great this listing was. The house and pool are much larger than the photos even. The owners are super nice and incredibly responsive and flexible. Would book this again next time I’m in Scottsdale.

The place was of course incredible. Not many properties like it that close to going downtown. Very clean and very well designed and decorated. A ton of space to have fun for sure.

The beds are absolutely horrendous and need to be replace. It’s like they’ve been eroded over hundreds of years.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this house in Scottsdale, and I must say it exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The addition of a fantastic cornhole set added a fun outdoor activity to our stay. What truly stood out was the above-par customer service from the owners, making our experience memorable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this gorgeous rental for a perfect getaway.

Ric and Jen were amazing host. They were so personable and communicative during our entire stay. We used their Travli services that they offer as well, and they couldn't have been more accommodating and easier to work with. The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. We celebrated my Husband's 50th Birthday and the house was perfect for our 10 guest. We will absolutely rent here again when we come back!
