We had the most wonderful stay celebrating our son’s birthday. The house was lots of space for our family, clean, and so cozy with the fireplaces! Beds were very comfortable! We would love to visit again. thank you!

This outstanding home wonderfully accommodated our family reunion with nine adults, a teen, and a small child. The location was exceptional, allowing easy trips to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The outdoor porches were great locations to spend time reading and catching up with family. The home has outstanding accommodations, including everything you would need for a small child. We are already thinking of returning in the future for another family vacation.

This location was beautiful! it had plenty of room to accommodate a large family and was close to many different things to do! The host responded to all messages promptly.

Ric & Jen’s property was one of the most pleasant stays we’ve had in a while. They were gave us direct instructions and place was not hard to find. Always available for questions and responsive to our needs. Me and my family felt at home. We would definitely reserve this property again when in town. Peaceful, beautiful house, and close to downtown. Thank you again for allowing us to stay at your property!

From the moment we walked in we were in love. The cozy nature of the living spaces was why we chose the home for my birthday weekend away. My daughters are all grown but each had their own individual spaces and privacy- and while we could we enjoyed game nights in the cozy dining area, a good movie in the cozy living room, evening in the hot tub and coffee on the porches watching the deer and squirrels with our coffee. Worth every penny and every step.

What a place! The home was wonderful. Great location, beautiful view, a lot of amenities, and very clean. I will definitely stay here again! Great job by the hosts!

This home was a dream! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The amenities were perfect for our group. The home had every single detail you could imagine and want. The views from the bedrooms were stunning. Very cozy and comfortable, as well as spacious for our large group. Some of our favorites things were the spacious bedrooms, games for the kids, hot tub, kids play area, roomy kitchen, lots of lounging spaces, great patio, the list could honestly go on for days!! Will definitely recommend and book this home again.

Our stay was exactly as pictured. The house was wonderful for our large family trip and we each had our own space within the house. The location was peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to downtown Flagstaff that it made it easy to enjoy the restaurants and bars at night. It was a great location to everything we did on our trip from the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and even Winslow. Would definitely stay here again.

Ric & Jen were great hosts. They responded promptly to our messages and made check-in a breeze. The home was exactly as described, wonderfully decorated and beautiful views all around! We got daily visits from the local wildlife, including some deer right on the back lawn. We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful property - had everything we needed and plenty of space for our group of 9 adults. Very clean and stylish property in a quiet location with a beautiful deck. Easy to communicate with owners. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at this house. There were nine adults in our grouping coming together from all over the US to celebrate a birthday together. The set up was great for coffee and drinks on the patio for a large group and a few meals together. The private bathroom for every bedroom was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone and they were very responsive for the one question we had throughout our stay. Great place!
