We traveled over the new year holiday and had a pleasant experience at the house. My 3 kids (10, 7 and 4) were entertained and didn't want to leave. There was a ton of room for all of us to do our own thing. Kitchen was one of my favorites; there was a ton of space and it was well stocked. We look forward to a future stay at the house.

Excellent stay, and lots of cool things to do. Ping pong, pop a shot basketball, putt putt, and of course the swimming pool. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean home that was perfect sized for the eight of us. Host was very responsive.

We stayed with our family for the Christmas holidays and the place had us feeling right at home. Loved the whole set up of the house including how clean the couchs, rugs, and bathrooms were. Would love to stay again!!

This place was great. <br/>It was stocked with lots of games for the kids to play. It was a 4 minute drive to the nearest restaurants.<br/>The pool was even bigger in person. I will say the vacuum having to stay in was annoying. Had to move it around quite a bit. <br/>Overall great stay. Was really happy with it.

Up to date, clean, spacious and beautiful accommodations. Wonderful amenities and lots to do including the outdoor pool. This house is in a great location as well! <br/>The host was extremely helpful to accommodate our needs!

Our stay was wonderful. We have children ranging from 5 yrs old to 23 yrs old and everyone had a great time. There was something to do for everyone, from swimming to playing ping pong or just lounging around, this place felt like home. The house was well equipped with what we needed and there was more than enough space for the whole family. The check in process was easy and simple. However, there was an issue with the shower drainages in both restrooms and our host was quick to respond to address the issue with precision and understanding. We appreciate the time and warm welcome we received from Ric and Jen (Travli Hospitality). We would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you.

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely home. It was a great set up, nice furnishings( cool Lovesac beanbag) , fun things to do for adults and the kiddos. Can’t beat the location and close proximity to so much!! I would highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the coffee prep area was great. The beds were comfortable. The TV service was easy to navigate. The heated pool, at no additional charge, was a nice bonus. We would stay at this house again, in the future, with no hesitation.

I have rented houses in Phoenix for the last 10 years and this was the best one by far. Everything about the house was outstanding. I actually didn’t think the pictures did the house justice. It was way better than I expected. I would recommend it for anyone and definitely rent it again.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very responsive to any questions! We felt right at home as the house came with everything we needed and more! The pool was heated and offered great shade so we didn’t have to worry about getting sun burns haha <br/>Close to so many restaurants and activities and felt like a very safe area! Would recommend and will be returning!

Beautiful house and loved our stay! House was very clean and host was awesome to communicate with! Heated pool was greatly appreciated especially since the pool is mostly shaded. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

This place was amazing! It was exceptionally clean and we loved the outdoor area in spite of the heat. The floor plan was nice and bright and open. The house had everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was quiet and close to restaurants, grocery store, etc. The host made check in so easy and were quick to respond prior to our arrival. We will definitely stay here again!

My My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. One thing that was a huge plus was that it included things for infants such as high chair for eating and a pack and play which we used for bedtime. We also liked that there was life vests for children and infant for the pool that was there. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Let me just say, I didn’t want to leave. This home was so beautiful and comfortable. I didn’t get to relax and enjoy it like I wanted to because my daughter was getting married and I was just too busy but my son stayed with us with his wife and 7 year old son and they had a great time in the pool, playing put put golf and video games. I hope to be able to return someday to relax and enjoy it more. Also, the host was very responsive and quick to try to help if needed with any request.

We had a wonderful week at the house. Lots to do right on the property. Fun playing cornhole and using the putting green. Grandkids loved the pool and playing the games in the garage. The basketball hoop at the pool was an especially big hit! The pool is advertised as heated but it was quite chilly. Didn’t keep the kids from enjoying hours in the pool but the adults didn’t spend as much time in the water. The house was lovely inside and the hosts couldn’t have been more responsive during our stay and after we left. I accidentally left some things behind and they have arranged to mail those items back to me.
