Great house with great amenities! Would stay here again when visiting Flagstaff

We loved this house and felt right at home! It’s very unique and cozy. We spent a lot of time on the back deck with the warm fire and jacuzzi. You can also see the mountains through the trees. Just a lovely place! It’s also very close to anything you need (grocery, gas, food, highway, etc.) - No complaints!

Had a great stay over Christmas. Had all of the cooking and grilling utensils needed to be ready to go. Great for families- bunk room was perfect. Had a pack n play and a high chair. Kitchen and living room area was set up comfortable for hanging out. Decks were beautiful. Master bathroom was luxurious and beds were comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and flexible with our needs. Would definitely book another stay and recommend to others.

Amazing home surrounded by beautiful pine trees! Conveniently located near big store grocery and shopping but still tucked away enough to feel out of the rat race. Super clean home with great entertainment and comfortable beds. I'd happily recommend this place and would love to be back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great. We visited the Grand Canyon, Bearizona, and several other places. Access to the highway is convenient. We had a small issue pop up during our stay that was neither our fault nor our hosts'. Our host was very helpful and quick to communicate and the issue was resolved quickly. I found the description and pictures very accurate, but do pay attention. The place is close enough to the road to hear highway noise. There are white noise machines in each room and ear plugs available. It ultimately did not bother us or our kids, but it may bother someone extremely sensitive to the noise in the evening. We loved having so much room to spread out and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks again for the great stay.

Lovely, very modern and comfortable home. Well appointed and an awesome kitchen for cooking meals. A great location - very close to the main strip (Route 66) and downtown. Easy to get to Snowbowl and other activities. I highly recommend!

Ric and Jens home was beautiful!! Very clean and close to everything! They responded almost immediately if I had any questions which, I didn’t have many because they explained EVERYTHING! Easy check in and check out. I will definitely book this home again when I go back to Flagstaff.

What amazing hosts and property! The listing does not do it justice, all of the little things are thought of and supplied. The space is so welcoming and warm, we felt right at home. The location was close to everything. Ric and Jen are super responsive and helpful. This is a beautiful property, but mostly it is a welcoming home away from home.

Le Cabin Noir was our base during our recent trip to the Grand Canyon. It’s located in a nice residential neighborhood and is within a short driving distance of grocery stores and several restaurants and cafes. The house itself is wonderful and equipped with everything one could possibly need for a stay. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the comprehensive guest guide we received prior to our stay. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This might be the best place to stay in Flagstaff. It is located in a quiet neighborhood while still managing to be close to everything. We felt right at home from the second we walked in. It is as good – if not better – than the pictures make it seem. It includes very thoughtful touches while still managing to remain on the minimalist side. The kitchen and bathrooms were absolutely beautiful (and spotless). The primary bedroom and bathroom were spectacular. We slept very comfortably. The hosts provide a sound machine in the bedroom as well as a couple of tower fans. (This is useful as there can be some road noise from the nearby interstate.) The kitchen is very well stocked. My wife and I were in town for a wedding so we didn't get to spend as much time enjoying everything the house has to offer as we would've liked, but we plan to return for a stay that can be on our own schedule. For a couple hundred bucks more than a local hotel stay, this place was a no-brainer. It is a true gem!

Beautiful house with modern, clean bathrooms and a huge well equipped kitchen. Living room is huge and couch is comfortable. Conveniently located about 8 mins away from downtown. Location is close to highway, otherwise peaceful neighborhood. Cannot hear freeway from inside the house, but even at night if you are relaxing outside, you will hear the traffic passing by. Nothing bad to say about the house. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Primary bed mattress is soft. There are many pillows to pick from to find the right one. Bathtub and primary shower are huge. Would stay again.

Loved our stay! The home was beautiful, modern and very inviting. Had every amenity we needed and was perfect for adults and kids. We were lucky enough to experience a snow day and had no problem staying in and enjoying the space. The home is less than 10 min from downtown Flagstaff, restaurants and grocery stores. Ric and Jen were very proactive with communication and made sure to check in mid stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend and will certainly be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Le Cabin Noir! Ric & Jen were super responsive to our requests and helped us sort out everything we needed for our stay. Great location - convenient to grocery stores, etc … and a quick 9 minute drive to downtown. The property is very nice and accommodating for a group with a lovely open kitchen and living area. There’s no AC, but it’s still very pleasant in the evenings with windows open and fans provided! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed if you plan to cook. Highly recommend this house and Ric & Jen as hosts!
