The house was as described and great for our group! Centrally located and close to lots of shopping and attractions. Pool and hot tub were top notch. Great decor and supplies. Separate casitas are a nice touch for a large group. Would stay again!

The people that managed the property were very helpful and even let me do a tour of the property a few months prior while visiting family before we came back to host a family Thanksgiving there. They were very accommodating. We got a stuck garbage disposal and they sent their handyman out who fixed it promptly and was very courteous.

Great House for Groups! We stayed at the house for a Bachelorette party and it was a great set up. The house is beautifully decorated and there is plenty of space for our group of 15. The kitchen was huge and there was a large table that was big enough for our group to eat outside. It was a little chilly while we were there in February but the pool and lawn area were a nice place to relax in the sun. We had a couple small issues with the HVAC system and one of the door handles and locks but the management company was very responsive and addressed the issues quickly. The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood about 20 minute drive from downtown Scottsdale. Would definitely recommend!

The house was ideal for our large group—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the amenities, including the pool, basketball court, grill, and billiards table, which added so much fun to our trip. The hosts were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Plus, the location was convenient—just a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

My group of 18 stayed at this beautiful property over a holiday weekend and had a wonderful experience! Everything was as pictured/expected. The staff responded to all our needs quickly and was very friendly. They were able to give us an early check in and a late check out which was greatly appreciated with the timing of our flights. It had everything we needed and more, so much to do, space for everyone, and was a quick drive to great restaurants. I would jump at the chance to stay here again in the future!

This property is incredible! The grounds are huge, including a main house with TWO casitas and a pool, putting green and pickle ball/basketball court! Everybody had their own space, and we literally could have never left the house and still had a full vacation here. Every detail was thought of, the amenities were top notch, and the hosts were super responsive to anything we needed. This location can’t be beat. Just a few minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, but in a quiet neighborhood close to Kierland Commons/Scottsdale Quarter. The huge gourmet kitchen and outside dining table allowed us to gather and linger and enjoy our stay together!

This property by far exceeded our expectations. We visited the area for guys golf trip and had plenty of room for 12. The property was conveniently located to many golf courses, Old Town and other restaurants and stores. The place was exactly as advertised -- we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio with large screen tv to watch games and socialize. The pool and hot tub were also a hit, seeing that the weather was 90+ degrees. If we make another trip, we would definitely stay at this place again.

We had a fantastic stay at Mescal Villa, it really checked all the boxes for our group. The main house was spacious and clean, and the casitas were a ton of fun. The pool, putting green, and pool table were all very much appreciated and everyone had a great time. Host was wonderful, communicated well, and made check out very easy. Insects are naturally attracted to light and may enter through open doors or windows, especially when seeking shelter from rain. In Arizona, it is not uncommon to encounter insects, including cockroaches, during the summer months or after heavy rainfall. While we maintain regular pest control in all our homes, occasional insect encounters may still occur during your stay.

Monsoon Season (June - September)

Monsoon season in Arizona typically runs from June through September and may bring increased humidity, thunderstorms, heavy rain, lightning, hail, high winds, flash flooding, dust storms, and extreme heat. To help ensure your comfort and safety, please keep all windows and doors closed—especially at night.

If inclement weather is forecasted or you notice changing conditions such as dropping temperatures, increased humidity, or darkening skies, please take the following precautions:

  • Close and secure all umbrellas, placing them flat on the ground or by moving them closer to the house if they are on stands.

  • Secure outdoor furniture cushions, preferably under cover or to the garage if available.

  • Refrain from swimming in your rental property's pool when lightning is present.

  • Pool service may be temporarily suspended during storms; while filters will be checked for debris, skimming and brushing will not occur due to lightning safety risks

  • If you notice any signs of leaking from ceiling vents, doors, or windows, please reach out to Concierge immediately.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

The pool is available for heating year-round for an additional fee of $100 per night, with a three-night minimum. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay. Note the heater may only be powered on once during your trip, and the maximum temperature would be around 82 °F.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Travli will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Travli will match it.
