This place is exactly as described. Close to everything!! The neighborhood is wonderful!! I walked everyday and felt so comfortable in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you might need. Back yard is perfect!! We will be back!! Highly recommend!!!

My two best friends and I stayed here for our annual girlfriends' weekend. The minute we walked in the door we fell in love with the house- the decor, the kitchen, the backyard, the furnishings, the bedrooms-really all of it! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were sooooo comfortable and the backyard was beautiful. We enjoyed hanging out in the pool and lounging next to the outdoor fire table. This home exceeded all of our expectations-the photos don't do it justice. The neighborhood is so cute and within lots of fun shopping and great restaurants. The hosts were so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy a break from life. We would love to stay here again next year! Seriously, if you are thinking of staying in the Arcadia look no further-this home is perfect!

Property owners are very friendly and responsive. Had to cancel our reservation because my mom got sick and they were very understanding.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Solace on 47th. The house was very clean and exactly as described. We loved the pool and backyard area. Our only suggestion for improvement is the lighting. There are no lamps. Every switch is a can light which doesn’t work well in the evening.

Everything was great! House was beautiful and super clean would definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved our stay at Travli Hospitality's home in Phoenix! The location was perfect – just a quick drive from the airport, making our arrival and departure so convenient. We loved having bikes available, which made it easy and fun to explore Arcadia and its charming neighborhoods. The home itself is beautifully maintained with every comfort considered. The heated pool and fire pit were such a treat, providing the perfect spot to relax after a day out. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Our 93yr old grandma said it's the first time she's slept through the night in years! Highly recommend this gem for a stay in Phoenix!

We loved our stay here—perfect location in a beautiful, bright, quiet neighborhood, with an absolutely gorgeous patio and pool in the back. The place felt homey and clean, fully equipped kitchen for cooking (which we love to do), comfortably accommodated the five of us (myself and my husband, our teenage son, my best friend, and her teenage son). The bikes were fantastic for tooling around the neighborhood, or on the nearby bike path for a more adventurous ride. Our hosts were super attentive, friendly, and helpful. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our host was kind and responsive. The house was clean and well kept. The neighborhood was charming and quiet. Our kids had a blast in the pool, which was heated to a pleasant temperature. This house is a really great value and we highly recommend it!

Great place and location. Less than 2 miles from great bars, restaurants, shopping, and Camelback Mtn. The split floor plan offers privacy for guests and loved the pool area outside as well as the open floorplan.

After a bumpy start to our trip and finding out the previous home we had booked had been foreclosed on several weeks before our arrival. Unfortunately, we did not find out until hours after we were to have checked in- Thankfully, things quickly turned around when we found Solace on 47th. It was perfect; beautiful home, amenities, dreamy backyard with a heated pool and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Need I say more? In spite of a rough beginning to our trip, Ric and Jen’s home was beyond perfect. We are already planning our next trip and know exactly where we are staying. Great hosts!

Great house, great pool, clean and spacious!

One of the reasons we rented this property was because we had family close by. We were close to everything and this location was perfect along with the home. The home was clean, neat and with an extended stay we had everything we needed. The bonus was finding games and challenging family members. There were games for the kid and adults. The pool and the fire pit and having a gas grill, it was like our home away from home. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future. If we had any questions it was addressed immediately. Whoever stays here will not be disappointed and we hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

This place was amazing! Clean, easy to check in and out, beds were like sleeping on clouds, and great backyard for entertaining. Ric & Jen were so quick to respond anytime we had a question. The location was perfect. It was close to the airport and to old town. I will 100% be coming back. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Great rental, fully stocked, grounds well-kept. Very responsive and accommodated an early checkin which was super helpful traveling in from the Eastern part of US!

This place was amazing! The home was even better than the pictures, it was clean, easy to check in, and the backyard and pool were amazing with the 90-degree weather we had. Ric & Jen were amazing hosts and quick to respond. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

Such a lovely home! It has everything you need and more . My favorite part were the comfy beds and the bikes for my morning bike rides. I will definitely be booking this home next time I’m visiting Arizona again. 100% recommend!
