Stayed here with my family of 7 while traveling for the first time during Christmas. We had a blast. Everyone had enough space, house had everything we needed and the host provided the best recommendations for experiences while there. Best trip ever for us and our teens. <br/>We hope to be back again. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Beautiful property in an incredible location. Our group absolutely loved the house. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The backyard is private and truly stunning, even better than a resort. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Loved this stay! Stayed here for a month and it had all we needed. Host was responsive throughout the whole stay, great location, backyard and rooms were clean. Didn’t have much or any issues at all! Completely modern and a TV in every room was ideal. Overall enjoyed our stay here and will definitely recommend!

We loved our stay and the house was fantastic! There was so much space, the house was well organised, kitchen well stocked and pool was amazing. The check in was easy. We also used the hospitality companies services for groceries which were fantastic.

Place was very clean and we enjoyed the communal space, ample for 8 of us. Kitchen is very large, beds comfortable. Had an issue with the hot tub and they were very communicative and responsive until it was resolved. Plenty of beverage fridges inside and outside for cold drinks on hot days. Quiet neighborhood was nice for walking in, needed to drive into old town. Bashas, a grocery store, was only a few minutes away.

Do not hesitate to book this it is a very high end listing and it was quite clean. Looks better in person, it is also in a nice area close to the airport. The host was very nice and responsive. We enjoyed our stay here definitely will be back again.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Cancellation policy

This property follows Travli’s standard cancellation policy.

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Travli will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Travli will match it.
