Lovely place to stay. Friendly and responsive hosts. 4 day solo getaway for hiking. Perfect little sanctuary to rest and recover.

Don’t hesitate! Well worth every penny, secluded, quite, clean, comfortable and close to everything. If you go to secret slide rock you can see the condo from the north end. Views fro days !!! Bonus, lay out on the deck around midnight and watch the shooting stars, Milky Way and other things… it was a wonderful time away and having the condo to come back to rest and relax was awesome.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Sedona’s red rocks and trails. The host was friendly and responsive, and every little detail made the stay feel extra special. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Sedona — we’d definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and surroundings.

The location, the place and the surroundings were simply amazing. We only had an issue with several bugs that were coming in thru a window that was not properly sealed. The managing company were very pro-active in solving this issue and communicated with us the entire time.

Fantastic stay! Will absolutely be coming back for another stay. Beautiful quiet neighborhood with stunning views! Check in and out was seamless. The entire place was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows etc. bed was very comfy! Definitely recommend a stay here!

THE VIEWS FROM BOTH BEDROOMS WERE SO BEAUTIFUL. THANK YOU for letting me use my drone at your place. Got great photo's and videos. In your area other great scenic views i aslo got to used my drone. If you get up at 5am you can see hot air balloons flying by. Last location not to far from great hikes and restaurants..SEE YOU AGAIN .

Excelente lugar, poco alejado del centro de Sedona pero eso lo hacía perfecto para desconectarte y disfrutar las vistas y la tranquilidad que ofrece. El lugar es muy cómodo y seguro. Lo único malo es el wifi. Pero no lo ocupas hay mucho que disfrutar fuera de ello. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Wow! “Wow!” Is really the best word that describes this condo. It’s located near several great trailheads. The view every morning and evening from the back deck is worth the price alone. My wife and I eloped and honeymooned in Sedona. Moondance was the perfect place to celebrate our love for each other. Book now, as this rental will become hard to get as the word gets out, you don’t want to miss this one!

Beautiful space, clean, quiet and nice deck to sit out on facing Cathedral Rock. Doesn’t get any better than this. Definitely recommend booking this lovely place. EnJoy!

Beautiful place and in a great location

We loved staying at Moondance Terrace, what a beautiful comfortable house in a peaceful location. The interior is very new and modern with comfortable well thought out room layouts. The kitchen and bathrooms are lovely. The view from the terrace is amazing and we enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and evenings, it was a very quiet area. The fire pit was also very enjoyable. Ric & Jen were great communicators and very helpful with my numerous questions. The location is excellent, very convenient to town if you wanted to go out to eat in the evening. Being less than 3 miles from highway 89A was peaceful, but easy to get to and explore the roads north of town, and also back to Phoenix. There are some great sunset locations for Cathedral rock close by. An excellent stay!

My stay in Sedona was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The views were breathtaking—waking up to the red rocks each morning felt magical. The location was ideal: close to trails, shops, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing evenings. The host was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and made check-in seamless. I truly felt at home and can’t recommend this place enough. I would definitely stay here again on my next Sedona trip!
