The place was absolutely wonderful. The house itself was in excellent shape. absolutely spotless. The bedrooms were great, and we slept great every night we were there. The outside facilities truly make this house one of a kind. The pool and pickleball court made lasting memories. overall it was a 10/10 experience

We loved this home for our multigenerational family trip (8 total incl. toddler twins, a 5yo, grandparents, and a nanny). Everyone had their own room and bathroom, and the outdoor space was the highlight — pickleball, putting green, basketball, and a pool! The layout worked great, and the host was very responsive. Baby gear (2 pack-and-plays + high chairs) was provided, and BabyQuip made it easy to add more. Location was ideal for food delivery + fun outings (Children’s Museum, OdySea, Butterfly House). A/C worked great. A few things to note: some interior finishes are lower quality and made the home feel a bit cheap; the kitchen was functional but had limited supplies; one of the bathrooms is far from the bedrooms; and the pool is not gated, so families with little ones should plan accordingly. Still, for the price, space, and amenities — this was a great value and we’d definitely consider returning.

Overall this was a great bnb and I would definitely stay here again! The host is very responsive, the house looks even better in person than the pictures, and there are so many activities to do at the house that one day during our trip we stayed at the house all day! It was almost perfect! The reason for the 4 stars is because on the last night of our stay the air-conditioning stopped working. It was late at night and we were all exhausted. I am not sure if the host could have done anything at 10 pm on a Sunday so we didn’t reach out to them and just slept through it uncomfortably. Additionally, there were gnats in the master bathroom the entire stay. Despite these issues, it was a still a great bnb and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Cancellation policy

This property follows Travli’s standard cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy

1. Refundable Bookings
Cancellation Deadlines
• For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
• For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
• Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
After the deadline - Fair-Refund policy
• If you cancel after the deadline:
• Travli will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
• The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or rebooking rate.
• Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
2. Non-refundable Bookings
• If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Half-Now-Half-Later Bookings
• The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
• The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy.
4. Date Changes & Rebooking
• Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself.
• If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
5. Transfers to Another Guest
• You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge.
• Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email.
• The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
6. Policy Match Guarantee
• If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Travli will match it.
