A group of us stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday and it was absolutely perfect. The place was amazing, the responsiveness was incredible and the overall experience was unforgettable. Great home with lots of activities inside and out. Great for groups looking to hang out by the pool, play pickleball or basketball, and BBQ. Big property with lots of room for everyone.

It was a great house and just as described! We spent a long weekend in Scottsdale for work / play - and with 4 younger kids, it provided ample opportunities for the kids to run around in the backyard all day long. The house was big enough for two families to stay comfortably, with a floorplan layout that allowed for smaller children to nap in rooms far enough away from the noise of the main area. The house was incredibly clean, and ready for us ...even when we showed up a bit early. <br/>We had a few issues with technology - but the hosts responded immediately, and helped us work through internet connection issues - which was very much appreciated. <br/>We would happily stay there again!

Beautiful home with a lot of activities and in a great location.

Our family had a wonderful weekend at Ric and Jen’s place. It felt like our own private oasis. We had plenty of room to spread out and the backyard was incredible. We loved that we could play pickleball anytime. We would definitely stay here again.

Fun backyard space but very poor value for $6k for 3 nights. The “heated” pool was 71 degrees on arrival and only warmed up by the morning we checked out three days later. We are flexible people but this is not something we should have to micromanage at this price point.<br/>TV remotes were missing so we couldn’t use them. Basketballs were flat. No golf putters for the putting grass for left handed people. The bocce ball court is on a slant and on fast turf grass making it a gimmick. <br/>We had a fine time there but the cold pool paired with a lot of little things being off made us feel like this stay was a bad deal for $6k for long weekend. It’s not at that level. Cut the price in half and we would have been okay with the place.

Great family space. Lots of activities at the house. Nice kitchen and seating areas.

The house itself was good.. there were few minor issues we encountered in the house. But overall the house was clean and comfortable. <br/>The real star was the backyard.. it was fantastic! We had a lot of fun playing basketball, putting, and enjoying the sun. <br/>The front also has a great park we enjoyed as well. <br/>Ric &jen proactively checked in on us during our stay. <br/>Overall it was a great experience

Prefect stay for colleagues and I attending back to back conferences. Better than staying in a hotel and convenient to golf and restaurants.

Amazing home my family loved it!

A great place with awesome amenities

Our family would definitely give the backyard a 10/10- we loved the pool and pickleball. The house is nicely furnished and clean. The hosts were extremely responsive. We had a few small issues- one of the bedrooms is an add on and the heat wasn’t working (got it taken care of after restarting the unit). Also, many of the bathrooms had the hot/cold reversed which took some time to figure out. Overall the house is lovely and spacious and we enjoyed our stay!

The house was like our own private resort. The backyard - from the pool to the pickleball courts and more - was a wonderful place for our family to connect and enjoy our days and evenings.<br/>Great location, with Costco, restaurants and more within a short drive.<br/>Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

Excellent home! We loved the layout, great host communication, amenities were first-class, backyard is a dream, and the home was extremely comfortable.

The Travli team was wonderful to work with, very responsive if I had any questions, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything.<br/>The property was fantastic and looks just like the photos with all amenities as described. We had a blast in the pool every day and used the bocce, putting green, and basketball court multiple nights - so wonderful to have options for our group.<br/>The AC kept up during the extreme heat in such a big space, there was always hot water to accommodate a large group showering every day, and the kitchen was stocked with lots of extras that we appreciated!<br/>We definitely hope to stay here again on our next family trip to Scottsdale!

This house was perfect for our family of 5. So<br/>Much room, big backyard with so much to look at and do. Loved the pool! Location was great. Not far from restaurants and grocery stores. The hosts were very friendly, proactive and helpful
