This place was perfect for our group’s stay. The house was beautiful and perfectly clean, and spacious enough for our group to have their own space. The pictures were a perfect representation of the house, and we had a wonderful stay, I would 100% stay again.

Great place to stay! Very private back yard and tons of room for everyone to stay. A bit of a drive from most things to do but I think that’s the nature of the city in general. Great place overall, absolutely will come back if given the chance!

Such a wonderful place to enjoy with family and friends. During our 2 day stay, we lounged by the pool (which was fantastic!) and had a BBQ. The place was impeccably clean and felt secluded and secure. I’ll definitely return when I’m in Mesa.

My stay in Mesa was great. The house was extremely clean and the house was updated as well. My family really enjoyed the pool and the backyard had lots of space which weloved.

Beautiful home, just as described. A few scuffs from wear and tear but overall a very nice home with beautiful decor and lots of updates. Loved the backyard for relaxing with our other guests, the playroom was a big hit for our teens.

10/10!!! Seven of my friends & I stayed here and our stay with Ric & Jen was above and beyond! The space was gorgeous, extremely clean (including the pool), and looked exactly like the photos. I think that the biggest highlight of Ric & Jen’s home is that the flow of the home is extremely conducive to hanging out and enjoying the people you are staying with. There are so many comfortable spots to hang - by the pool, in the courtyard, the living room, the indoor dining table, and the outdoor dining table. Also, the bedroom arrangements were perfect. A few final thoughts: the check in and check out instructions were very clear. The neighborhood was beautiful. Ric & Jen were incredible communicators and accommodated our needs so well. Definitely visiting anytime we come back to AZ!

We were coming to Mesa for a wedding and this place worked out great. Would absolutely rent it again.
