Sedona San Patricio

Location, location, location! Sedona is a lovely place but I had no idea how tough the traffic can be. Ric & Jen’s place was in a fantastic location. Close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Local park within walking distance. However, it was just west of the crazy tourist area so it was easy to explore the region. Large home with plenty of space. Being dog friendly was a plus for our group. I really enjoyed my time here.

Our group of girls had a great stay. Plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out and only a couple had to share beds. Large kitchen area to cook group meals. Not a large dining table for everyone to fit, but two smaller tables and living area. Close walk to town. Wrap around deck with a hot tub was a nice area to hang out in the afternoons. Big garage for bike storage.

The house perfectly accommodated our group of four adults, four kids and two dogs. Great location close to park, stores, restaurants and easy drive to all of Sedona’s outdoor adventures. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub after full days of hiking and off-roading. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home and peaceful location! Ric & Jen provided us with detailed information and were quick and responsive! Check in is easy and we had the ability to do so with a private code they set for us on the coded entry!<br/>House is large and comfortable with all the amenities you would need! Very quiet, peaceful location, yet so close and right in the center of Sedona! Two large family room/sitting areas it is easy to spread out in the home. Driveway has plenty of parking! The deck with sitting areas and the hot tub were lovely to hang in after a day of hiking and exploring! <br/>We brought our two dogs and really appreciated the ability to do so and were conscientious and respectful of their space while doing so. My dogs love hiking in Sedona and we often bring them with us when we travel. <br/>Beautiful home and great hosts!! Would absolutely return if available when we visit Sedona again!

Everything was perfect!

This place is in a great location and is situated on a corner lot, very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great stay while we were there and the host was very responsive to our questions. The house had the basic essentials when we arrived which was nice. The beds are comfortable as well. Enjoy beautiful Sedona!

Great place to stay in West Sedona. Location is pretty central to anywhere you'd want to go. With spacious Den upstairs and equally spacious living room downstairs, it's got plenty of room for all your guests!

Such a great home base for our family trip to explore Sedona! Location was super convenient to town and we loved the neighborhood with easy access to awesome hikes! Also appreciated how well stocked and comfy it was- highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is lovely and a perfect place for a big family who all like a bit of space. I was happy to simply stay and enjoy a glass of wine enjoying the decor in the home and the pretty views outside of this tranquil getaway. The location is also wonderful with Whole Foods, Bashas and an incredible family owned Mexican restaurant very close. We will most certainly look to return and stay again sometime in the near future.

This home was amazing for our family trip. The location is unbeatable — close to everything you could possibly need, which made exploring super easy. The house itself is incredibly spacious, making it ideal for larger groups.<br/>The host was wonderful and very responsive, quickly addressing any questions we had. The home is well-stocked with everything you might need, including amenities for babies, which made traveling with little ones so much easier. Just a heads-up: if you're coming with a big group, it's a good idea to bring a few extra towels.<br/>Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to coming back. After a last minute cancellation on another property, we were able to book and check in within 45 minutes. Although the house was too big for the 3 of us, it worked out fine.<br/>The house is unique and older, but updated beautifully. We enjoyed the hot tub and comfortable beds. The location was perfect!

A beautiful house, very comfortable in a great location. We walked to Soldier Pass trail, enjoyed a cozy fireplace in the evening and soaked in a hot tub. Loved it! Highly recommended.

Spent a beautiful holiday weekend in February with a group of two families. Comfortable setting for all, truly memorable time. The hospitality group is beyond helpful. Will definitely visit again!
