We stayed here for a week with family while attending a wedding and had a great experience. The location was excellent, very convenient for everything we needed. The home matched the listing description perfectly and was exactly what we expected. It was comfortable, well-suited for a family stay, and made the trip easy and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

The property was great, and the host was amazing. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was extremely proactive and made sure we were taken care of throughout our visit. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Arizona. Highly recommended!

Ric and Jen's place had plenty of room for my family. Great communication and very accommodating. I loved the kitchen and the backyard oasis was calming and peaceful. I would definitely rent again.

If you’re in the Mesa-Phoenix area, this property is an absolute gem. Ric & Jen were easy to communicate with and willing to accommodate our family very last minute after another rental we had in the area didn’t work out. The home is beautiful and better than advertised. Our family took advantage of the heated pool every day. There’s nothing better than being away from home but still feeling like you’re home. We will definitely book again whenever we are in the area!

Ric & Jen's place was ideal for our group. We had plenty of space to hangout as a group. The hosts were super responsive and got back to us in a timely manner. We had no issues. I would definitely stay here again. We loved the citrus trees in the backyard!

We were a group of 5 senior men, in town for the NASCAR event. The house was exactly as expected according to pics and description, in a nice, quiet neighborhood with groceries and door dash easily accessible. Cost was split among 5 so it was easily affordable. Cozy, homey and private, very relaxing atmosphere, cool back yard with a great swimming pool. We all enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to do it again next year.

We stayed at Ric & Jen's place for a friends wedding that we turned into a family getaway for a few days. The house was exactly as described. It is in a great central location to all the attractions in the area we went to (spring training game, golf, etc.), and Ric & Jen were very responsive to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend. Ric & Jen were outstanding hosts and the house was perfect for our family vacation.

This was our first time booking this property & although the house is nice, our overall experience was disappointing. This will be our first time leaving less than a 5 star review. Our family has been vacationing in Arizona for almost a decade. We look forward to this time to decompress & thoroughly enjoy our time together. We booked this property due to the amount of rooms & bathrooms available. On our first night, the upstairs bathroom toilet was not working & the shower was clogged with red hair. We contacted the host & they sent out a maintenance person in a timely manner which we are grateful for. While he was at the house, we showed him that the bottom bathroom didn’t have access to hot water as well (some of us took cold showers Wednesday night & Thursday morning). He expressed to us that the faucet is backwards which we were grateful to learn. We believe that is helpful information to relay to guests upon arrival. Friday, the ceiling started dripping in the upstairs bathroom causing the floor to be wet & slippery. It wasn’t able to be looked at until Saturday & was not repaired by the time we left Sunday. We did not use that bathroom from Friday when the ceiling started dripping until Sunday when we left, which was a bummer. Lastly, we’ve never had to purchase trash bags, paper towels or extra kitchen supplies in a house we’ve rented before but with this one, we did. Not a huge problem, just something to take note of & prepare for. Our vacation wasn’t what we anticipated it would be & we would not recommend staying here unless all bathroom & water damaged ceiling is repaired effectively.

The hosts were very flexible from booking to checkout. I would definitely stay with them again. Beautiful home with great amenities! We stayed in late November. Although the pool was heated, it wasn't quite warm enough for us easterners to enjoy in 70-degree days. There was the perfect room mix for our party. The rooms are pretty close door to door, so sound does travel through the house in a way that doesn't provide much privacy. We all marveled at the kitchen and the beautiful, spacious countertops. There is a full driveway for parking and curb space directly in front of the house. The backyard is a glorious oasis! so many seating options with tropical views like an orange tree right in the backyard.

We had a great stay, there was plenty of room to spread out. The kids really enjoyed the backyard, pool and pool table. Thank you.

We rented this place as an area to get ready at before our wedding at Stonebridge Manor and when I tell you it was perfect, it was truly better than I could’ve imagined. We live in town but would easily stay here again in a heartbeat for any future staycation needs. Thanks Ric and Jen for making our big day that much more special!

Our stay was so amazing! My girls and I loved this house and it had everything we needed! The heated pool was great and everything was cute and clean! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area!
