Ten dom jest olśniewający!!!!! Dużo podróżuje i ten dom był najlepszy w jakim mieszkałam dotychczas! Główna sypialnia jest przepiękna, ogromna, ma własne wyjście na taras i widok na basen. Kuchnia z ogromną wyspą wygląda wspaniale i ma wszystko co jest potrzebne. W basenie jest przyjemna ciepła woda i to bez dodatkowych opłat co absolutnie czyni tą posiadłość bezkonkurencyjną w porównaniu do innych ofert w okolicy. Wszędzie było bardzo czysto a sypialnie przytulne z wygodnymi łóżkami. Okolica jest bardzo ładna, spokojna i bezpieczna. Godpodarz bardzo opiekuńczy i natychmiast odpowiada na wiadomości. Czuliśmy się w tym domu doskonale i żałowaliśmy że nie mogliśmy zostać dłużej ale jeśli kiedyś wrócę do Phoenix zatrzymam się właśnie w tym domu który wygląda lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Polecam serdecznie to miejsce każdemu i daję 10 /10!

Backyard makes this place the best

Our group had such a wonderful stay at this house. It was easy to check in. They gave us a flexible check out time when we had a later flight. Everything was super clean. We didn't leave the house much because we were there to relax in the sunshine, but it was only about a 25 minute drive from the airport, and they had a digital guide in their home with information for things to do. They responded very quickly to questions we had. I couldn't recommend this home more, we are already looking at a return trip!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay, the house is beautiful l, a perfect vacation home. The neighborhood was quiet, but you can still enjoy some music in the yard, and anything you need just a short drive away. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Scottsdale area.

We absolutely loved staying at Ric & Jen’s place during our week vacation in Arizona. My family enjoyed all the house amenities, pool, hot tube, huge TVs, etc. The place is very close to anything you could possibly need: any type of restaurant, coffee shops, shopping. The neighborhood is very quiet. Very comfortable stay. Just reserve the place and have a peace of mind you’ll be well taken care off.

Very clean house with plenty of room! Highly recommend this place for families! All the rooms were clean and beds were comfy!

Ric and Jen’s home is absolutely beautiful inside and outside, everything looked exactly like the photos. There is a lot to do in the area and very close to everything you’ll need during the stay. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Our family recently stayed at this beautiful home! We were greeted by a customized & interactive screen with restaurant recommendations. We were incredibly impressed with the immaculate home and exceptional amenities! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy a family dinner & the dining table seats 8! The bedrooms had new & comfortable mattresses and high quality linens and the bathrooms were spotless and we had plenty of linens! The pool and yard offered a great spot to enjoy the sunshine. We had a minor issue that needed attention and the owners and hospitality team immediately remedied the issue. I highly recommended this home!

My family, 8 adults and 2 small children, just completed our stay at Ric & Jen’s place. From start to finish it was perfect. The house itself is beautiful (just as pictured) with a large kitchen, dining and living space that worked great for our family. The outdoor space was amazing as well. There was plenty of room in the yard for the little ones to run. The pool and spa were clean and we used both on most days. We had one small issue, but that was resolved within 30 minutes of our text. There were many restaurants within a short driving distance. It was a great stay!

This was an amazing place!! We had 10 people and we never felt we were stepping on each other. The master bedroom was gorgeous!! Loved sitting by the pool and soaking up the sun!!

Really enjoyed our stay. This house was perfect for a family gathering and the pool and hot tub were wonderful.

Our stay at The Ace - Modern Retreat in Scottsdale was fantastic. From check-in to departure, everything was seamless, simple and straight forward. The accommodations were outstanding -- the home was very clean and had everything we needed, and the backyard was perfect (great heated pool, putting green, bags, etc.). The owners were very responsive and accommodating when we had questions. Would absolutely work with Ric and Jen when we return to AZ.

Lovely property -- perfect for a moms' weekend away. Beautifully decorated home, nice-sized pool, spacious inside and out, quiet and safe neighborhood, responsive hosts. Property is located within walking distance (~0.5 mi) of some (e.g., grocery) stores and a short drive away from restaurants, clubs, hiking spots, spas, etc. Missing a few "bonus" items that would have been nice to have (e.g., spatulas, nonstick pans, more pool floats) and a few amenities needed minor repairs/adjustment, but these issues were not largely impactful and could easily be remedied. Thank you to Ric & Jen for providing the space for what ended up being an unforgettable weekend!

Loved this home! Some friends and I were visiting Scottsdale for my 40th and this property was perfect! Whenever we had a question or any issues they were quick to respond and get us taken care of. We loved the backyard area! We used the pool and hot tub everyday. The putt putt and cornhole were nice additions. I HIGHLY recommend this home and if we decide to come back to Scottsdale we would definitely stay here again.

The place was amazing, the only downside were some maintenance issues. The pool heater wasn’t working, the owners did well communicating, however, the listing described having this feature and was a big reason we chose this location. Outside of that, I would recommend this place to anyone.

This was the perfect house for our week long family getaway. Hosts were easy to get in touch with and always responsive with our needs.
